🚜 Know Before You Go: Farm Visit Tips
To make sure your visit is as smooth as a shorn alpaca, here’s everything you need to know:
Dress for the Farm:
We recommend closed-toe shoes or boots. Even the cutest alpacas can be a little messy, and our paths can be uneven or muddy depending on the spring showers.
Check the Weather:
Our events and tours are held rain or shine. If it’s drizzling, grab a raincoat! If the weather is severe, check our social media for any last-minute updates
Pet Policy:
We love all animals, but for the safety and stress levels of our herd, please leave your pets at home. Our alpacas and llamas can be very protective (and a bit spooked) around outside dogs.
Payment Prep:
While we and most of our vendors accept cards/Venmo, some smaller stalls may be cash-only. There is no ATM on-site, so come prepared!
Arrival & Parking:
Parking is first-come, first-served. For scheduled tours, please arrive about 10–15 minutes early to check in so we can start the fun on time!
Walk-In vs. Booking:
We love walk-ins! However, if you have a large group or a tight schedule, booking online is the only way to guaranteed a specific tour time.
Accessibility:
We have a ramp to enter our back deck (for events) barn , store and have a UTV that can be used for private tours only. Some fields and paths may not be accessible for wheelchairs and strollers depending on the weather - mud is mud but we will always do our best to accommodate all visitors to our farm.
